1. Return Eligibility

You can return products purchased from our online store under the following conditions:

  • Unopened and Unused Products: Products must be in new, unused, and unopened condition. All original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and any promotional items, must be intact.
  • Faulty or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, please contact us within the warranty period for repair or replacement.

Note: Certain products, such as custom installations, software licenses, or services rendered (including GPS installation, CCTV, and alarm system installations), are non-returnable once the service has been provided or installation is completed.

2. Return Period

  • 14-Day Return: You may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or offer an exchange for the same or a different product (subject to availability).
  • Warranty Returns: Products that fail due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period (1 year, 6 months, or 1 month depending on the product) can be returned for repair or replacement at no charge.

3. How to Return a Product

To return a product, please follow these steps:

3.      Ship the Product Back: Once you’ve received the RA number, carefully pack the product and ship it back to the address we provide. Please include all original packaging and components.

    • Return Shipping Costs: The return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4.      Processing the Return: Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect the condition of the item. If it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange request within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed Devices or Systems: Once GPS trackers, CCTV cameras, alarm systems, or other products are installed or activated, they are considered non-returnable.
  • Customized or Special Orders: Any product specifically customized or ordered at your request.
  • Software or Services: Software licenses, digital products, and services rendered (such as installation, setup, or customization) are non-returnable.

5. Refunds

  • Refund Process: If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where the product is not returned in its original condition, or packaging is damaged, we may issue a partial refund or charge a restocking fee.

6. Warranty Returns
