• Lifetime Warranty: Our GPS trackers come with a lifetime warranty, subject to exclusions in the case of intentional damage caused by the client or any third party acting on their behalf.
• Repair or Replacement: If your GPS tracker stops functioning due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it free of charge within the warranty period.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.

2. CCTV and Alarm Systems

• 1-Year Warranty: Our CCTV and alarm systems come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Repair Services: If your system malfunctions during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the faulty components.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts: We offer yearly maintenance contracts to ensure your system stays in optimal condition, including regular check-ups and troubleshooting.

3. Online Shop Products

• Product Warranty: Products purchased through our online shop come with different warranty periods depending on the manufacturer (typically 1 year, 6 months, or 1 month).
• Return Policy: If your product is defective, please contact us within the warranty period for repair or replacement options.
• Repair Services: If your product is out of the warranty, we offer repair services for a fee. Please contact our customer service team to get an estimate.

4. How to Request a Warranty Claim or Repair

2. Provide your proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
